Claiming Past Due Bills

For some time now my wife and I have had a problem with Dune Mutual 3 Water Company on a on going dispute on our water bills. Dune Mutual 3 (Brian P. Zagala the manager) claims that we have outstanding water bills that are unpaid. Due to verious attemps in clearing this matter up with Brian and Dune Mutual 3 Water Company by via telephone and letters have been to no avail. We know and can prove that there aren't any unpaid water bills due to Dune 3 Water Company. We believe that Dune 3 Water Company has shady business practices and bad accountants.
