Ripoff, Bank fraud

Son's account was hit with an ACH withdrawal when it was empty. We called bank same day it happened and filled protest. Bank researched and gave me phone number of 631-269-4365. This shows up on internet as M.L. Price in Kings Island, NY. When I called, I talked to Peter, who said he works out of his house. I asked if he was located in NY; he said yes. I asked him if he was located in Kings Island; he said yes. I asked if that was the same location of M.L. Price. He said he never heard of him.interesting that M.L. Price equates to MLP, the name of the company. I told I was calling about the charge. Later I got a call from a Steven Jano, saying he was the attorney and didn't like the accusations. I ended the call. Kind of strange that there is not an attorney by that name listed in Kings Island. Today I called to request a copy of the information they used for the basis of the ACH. First I got an answering machine; sounded like a woman with kids in the background. Then later I talked to Bruce, another name. We got the charges reversed and the bank overdraft charges refunded.
