Online fraud

At around 4 30 pm today i received a phone call on my cell phone i didn't recognize the number so i didn't answer and i was also at work. Almost immediately my phone at the job rang i answered the phone and a man claiming to be from the law offices of criminal monitoring center. He said his name was Victor Gipson and that i was being charged on 3 counts of fraud. I was speechless at first and then i asked him again where he was calling from he repeated the name of the company and then proceeded to inform me that he needed to speak to an attorney. When i told them i had no attorney and what the situation was about he began to tell me that 2 agents would be coming to my apartment first thing Monday morning and would take me to the court house this sounded strange so i told him that i had never received any notices of pending charges he said he needed to confirm my identity before i even said anything he gave me my full name the last four of my social the last four of my bank account my employment information and also my home address. Before i considered confirming any information i told him i needed to see some kind of proof that he was who he was he gave me the name of the company again i told him to tell me what company was filing charges on me he said he represented a federal bank called the national payday something when i told him i wanted a name again he started to tell me when the transaction was deposited to my account i asked him for the exact date he said it was not recorded in the report. I immediately logged into my bank account and traced back to the date of the transaction. I told the man that i would have to call him back before he said okay he told me that it was in my best interest not to call the creditor as it would only confuse things so i dd just that i called the bank with which i had my loan and asked to speak to a supervisor i asked them if they had filed any charges against and if so why since my payments were current she said they did no such thing. So i called the center again it sounded like they were on cell phones and the speak with a heavy island accent i looked up the name of the company on google and came to this page where a woman filed a report saying the exact same thing so i took her advice and called my local fbi office thank you to the first person who reported this if you had not posted i probably would still be wondering if i was about to go to jail. So beware and if they call your cellphone and leave a message DO NOT DELETE IT save it and call your local fbi angent then come back her and post your story so others can also be aware
