Ripoff took money out of bank account without pernission

A charge on my bank account showed up from Sbb Plantinum for $158.95, which I did not know what it was so I called my bank and got a # to call. After calling three different places: 1st another bank, then an payment service and finally the credit card co. Sbb Platinum. After several calls and left messages nothing has happened. I was ripped off w/out nothing to show for the $158.95 that was taken out of my account.
