Credit card charged but denied cell phone

Our charge card was billed for that price of the brand new mobile phone that I experimented with buy personally but Run declined to supply me using the telephone since, based on what Run described, their methods resembled the deal couldn't be prepared. I'm awaiting the cost to become taken off my charge card but I'm confused about how exactly Run recognized the cost was prepared but couldn't supply me using the mobile phone. I easily approached Run the next day of the event plus they established the cost might consider twenty four hours to get rid of but I still require caution about how exactly something similar to this may happen and desired to inform the customer about that aswell meanwhile.
