After being a sprint cell phone customer since 1999 and over 14,000 dollars in payments to them, I have experianced not one gratitude in fact I took my phone in last week because it did not work and they wanted 35 dollars to fix it. Their treatment of customers is matter of fact, you are just a number. Sprint is the worst company I know in mobile devices. I will tell everyone I know to leave them. Sprint needs to take care of people that were dedicated to them. Shame on you Sprint.
