Their customer service is the worst!!! Twice their people have been rude and unwilling to work with the client let alone answer a question without hostility!!! For the record this is not in reference to any overdraft but a simple inquiry was made on two different occasions as to why unauthorized changes were made on my accounts. Each time i am met with a clear message that my inquires are bothersome had hold no merritt as to worth answering. It should also be noted that pnc's reps in customer service stated that i should switch my accounts to another bank since i am unhappy and wanting answers to why unauthorized changes are made on my accounts without notice which seems to be the norm with pnc. So on the advice of pnc customer service reps i am looking into a change asap to one of the other banks pnc's customer service rep said i should go with!!! Thanks for the advice!!!
