Ripoff bad customer service Albany New York

I have had my charter one account for about a year and have noticed that in any branch I go to, the customer service reps (back in the old days we used to call them tellers) are very unfriendly and extremely non helpful. When I mention this to other people they agree with me. When I started reading the Rip off report, I noticed the rebuttals from the employees were rude and unfriendly and made the point that the problem was always the customer's fault. The other night I was with a group of about twenty people and we had an in depth discussion of charter one's customer service representatives and of the eleven people who had accounts with this bank talked about their horror stories. Maybe its best for people to bank somewhere else if they expect good customer service.
