They withdrew my money without my authorization! - citi credit card

I called to cancel my scheduled payment and be provided a cancellation confirmation number. 2 days later, i checked my bank of america checking account and found out that citi credit cards withdrew my money without my authorization!!! I called to complain about that incident! After bouncing me back and forth to different associates, they told me that they were unable to any things to help me!!! Unless advised me to file a complain to get my money back! It's ridiculous!!!
