Payment withdrawn after cancellation with confirmation number

I called to cancel my scheduled payment and be provided a cancellation confirmation number. Two days later, I checked my Bank of America checking account and found out that Citi credit cards had withdrawn my money without my authorization!!!

I called to complain about that incident. After bouncing me back and forth to different associates, they told me they were unable to do anything to help me. They only advised me to file a complaint to get my money back. It's ridiculous!!!
