Ripoff Charged my account for services not recieved

We opened an account in April and were able to view it once or twice. Since then every month we have been charged $8.95 twice. When we tried to view the credit report it told us the account did not exist. When we emailed the company they told us the same thing.in October we did a stop payment through the bank and were not charged.

This month, November, they still charged us even though we did not pay the month before. I called the company and argued for 30 minutes with little success. Even though the account hasn't been viewed in months it is still considered active and the horribly rude customer service woman was not helpful. It is amazing that an account that can't be used is active. I even tried to bargain saying that I only wanted a partial refund for the charges for every month except the first that it was used in. She refused.

When I asked for a physical address and threatened to file a lawsuit she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then came back even ruder. She finally cancelled the account for me and gave me a PO BOX. This company needs to be shut down and the owners prosecuted.
