Charged me for a month that I wasn't playing the game ripoff

I cancelled my FFXI Playonline account back in February. And I got bored and decided to reactivated the account on April 1st. I check my account billing information on April 2nd and they charged me an extra $12.95 for my playtime.
I called customer service and they told me that I reactivated at 11:44 PST March 31st even tho I live on the East Coast and didn't know they do things by PST. But because I played the game for that 16 minutes in March. They charged me for the entire month (which I didn't even play)
The customer service guy wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Wouldn't give me back my money. They didn't want to credit my account. They're like repeating the same statement over and over, "I'm sorry, we can't do anything about that, can I help you with anything else?"
Then I guess they cracked and put me on hold for like 5 minutes, came back.
The only thing they said they can do is give me one free month of play. But they wouldn't tell me which month. I have to keep my account active and they'll PICK a random free month for me.
And that doesn't really help me because I leave next month for the military. So I'd have to cancel my account anyways.
So yea. This sucked. Square Enix is stupid.
