NCO Financial - citibank visa
NCO Financial ripoff! I've never had a citibank visa, but NCO says I owe them

Recieved a call from an un-identified male asking for myself. He said I owed $1,326 to a citibank visa account from 6 yrs ago. I asked what his name was and he went back saying that I owed $1326. I told him that I never had a citibank visa.

He then went off saying that he was going to call my employer and verify my information thru IRS and that they would come after me for more then what I owed if I did not pay. I told him again that I never had a visa thru citibank. He then told me that I better get an Attorney the next day and hung up the phone.
