Return Policy

Issue:

Purchased a-ring from Money America *5730 50th road Lubbock texas on October 13. I had been visiting my child from Houston. Particularly requested about return policy. Determined after seven days used to do nothing like band. Return policy mentioned I'd thirty days to come back. Required ring back with bill and was informed they'd return cash subsequently required ring back for fifteen minutes simply to state 3 of these examined and stone wasn't exactly the same and that I would need to place unique stone in band. I really could not think they'd accuse me of this kind of activity. I've contact there local headquarters plus they have decide they'll opt for what worker have stated.
