Ripped me off, called me a B

I ordered a ring from them. Their return policy says you can return your ring within 10 days for receipt for a FULL refund, within 15 days for an exchange. I rec'd the ring, didn't like it, called the SAME DAY to tell them I was returning it & they told me they'd keep a 20% "fee" -which is not what the return policy stated.

GET THIS: they said that since I had OPENED THE BOX to see the ring, they considered that ordering simply to "view" the product which nullified their full return policy. I asked how in the WORLD I was supposed to even try the ring on, look at it, decide if it was what I wanted, etc. Without opening the box... They wouldn't cooperate.

I returned the ring, got 90% back (after quite some time & several phone calls) & filed a claim with my credit card company who handled if from there. Their customer service people (after I rec'd the ring, NOT before) were rude & even CURSED at me. One called me a B*TCH! Can you believe that??? I am being as serious as a heart attack -she called me that! On the phone! I nearly fainted!

Needless to say, I don't recommend this company to ANYONE. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with and I shop online a LOT. BOOOHIIISSS to czplatinum!
