Online customer service SUCKS

I ordered online 1/16,1/18 email to cancel (it says rsponsed in 24hr) emailed in the morning 1/19 later that day around 7p got the automatic message that it shipped Today is 1/24 still have not had a response nor product. I will be telling everyone I know of my BAD experince I think online customer service is asleep!
