Ulta online ordering: BEWARE

Ulta 's customer service for online orders is very weak. BEWARE of coupon codes. I'm aware there are products you cannot use the coupons on, but they are very missleading online. It took the coupon amount off and when I submitted it it reversed and charged me the full amount. Not until it was too late. Called customer service and did nothing to help.
