I ordered a 15 day free trial of this product and decided I did not want to continue to receive the product. When I called the number on my paperwork (which is the same number on the website) I got a voice recording stating that my call would be answered in the the order that it was received and about a minute later, the hold music would stop playing and I would be disconnected. I tried calling hundreds of times a day with the same thing happening each and every time. I then decided to use their online live chat. I typed a message to them only to get a response saying that I had '142 minutes before someone would get to me'. I decided to wait since I couldn't get through on the phone. So, I waited and waited and no one ever got to me. I attempted this online live chat many times as well and got no where there either. I then decided to send an email asking how to contact customer service and after 10 emails over several days, I again got no response. I am now going to be charged for a product I do not want and have no way to contact the company I ordered it from to cancel. I have had to cancel my credit card just to cancel my subscription so they do not charge me since I cannot get through to anyone via phone, via online chat, or via email!
