Horrible Customer Service - Shipping issues

I have been a long time Ulta customer so I decided to order my usual products online since it was easier for me to shop this way. I ordered on December 3 and my order was shipped UPS then transferred to USPS and has been on the east coast for over 2 weeks now-I live on the west coast. I emailed Ulta 4 times about this, with tracking and an order number but never got a response, only some automated email that says someone will get back to you but no one has. I would love a phone number so I could call and yell at someone because I want my money back. I can tell you one thing, I will never ever shop at Ulta again and will tell everyone I can not to shop here. I am outraged and disgusted by their terrible customer service.
