Cannot trust Groupon - Shell Gift Card

I brought a Shell Gift Card from Groupon. As per their policy, I waited for 7-14 business days. I did not get the gift card. When contacted the customer service, they claimed that they need another 7-14 business days. I asked them to refund the money.

They never keep up their dignity and looks like they cheat you. Don't be a victim of Groupon. They are not a trusted online reseller.
