I bought a gift from bourjois products for my fiancee on valentine. It includes a mascara. I got a gift bill so my fiancee can replace any product she doesn't find it suitable.
She tried the mascara the same day. It was very heavy and caused her eyelash to start falling.
Although it was spoiled they refused to replace it in the store.
Moreover, they refused because we dont have its box. That means they were intending to sell this spoiled product to someone else if we replaced it.
Also the sales woman replaced the box with a gift box including all items i bought at time of buying. So i don't have it.

Moreover, the manager of the store, she refused even to listen or apologize and was treating us very badly for a customer.

We decided the following:
not to buy any products from bourjois or mazaya store untill we make sure we are respected as their customers.

If no satisfying action took from bourjois i am going to go with this to social media.

I will complain bourjois partner "mazaya stores" at customer service insurance commitie in egypt
