After selling service complain

I have bought a gift for my fiancee in the valentine day for about 650 EGP of amazing bourjois products including exclusive rose, mascara, blusher. Etc
i got a gift bill so my fiance can replace any of the products with another one in case she didn't like it or the colors doesn't suit her.
Unfortunately the mascara was not good when my fiancee tried it. It was very heavy and caused her eyelet hair to start falling. So she knew that it was spoiled. So she decided to replace it just the day after buying.
When she tried, "mazaya" the seller store refused to replace it. That's because it was not contained in its box (i. E they were intending to sell it again even spoiled). However the sales woman was the one who opened it, throw its box away and put in the gift box with all other items.

We are very upset of the bourjois partner store (mazaya, san stefano). We decided not to buy anything from mazaya or bourjois untill we make sure that we are respected as their clients.
