I spend a small fortune in Hollister ever season. At the beginning of April I spent $187.00 and received a gift card for $50.00. Now first of all the service at store # 694 is horrible. You have a bunch of kids running around socializing and the prices are $10 to $20 higher per iten than your Steamtown Store in Scranton. I am furious that when I received this gift card no-one said a word that it expired in 3 weeks. I found out when I went to use it online in

May. I went right to the store to complain and all I got was well its on the sleeve of the gift card. Who the hell looks at the sleeve of a gift card. I throw it in my purse until I plan on using it. Here's a thooght instead of having the kids flirt and chase each other around the store maybe they should entertain themselves with some customer service classes. I am manager in a call center and your service in Wilkes Barre is horrendous. I went back to Steamtown and they couldn't apologize enough and gave me this email address. I want the $50 card replaced... Quite simply I will make sure everyone knows about this service and all of the mothers from my school district will start shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch.
