Brookstone / Ice Scraper
Terrible service!

I obtained a gloved snow scraper from my mom-in law for Holiday. I had been fairly enthusiastic, because it was from Brookstone and seemed very awesome. The very first time I applied it, the scrape smashed. Not a problem, I Will simply take it back and obtain store credit.inCORRECT. When I was nearing the shop, in a mall, the supervisor was standing close to the entrance. I told him that I had a need to return a product that had damaged on first use, and he, a tad too near for convenience, requested me easily had a bill. I told him that it'd been something special which I had been dreaming about shop credit (large, I imagined). He explained "I can't do this, with no bill, but I'll change it." I mentioned anything towards the impact that used to donot want a different one, and was amazed that shop plan was to displace damaged products, although not to provide retailer credit (What Is the practical variations?).
