Mascara Products - Telescopic Mascara and

A customer for years of your Lashout mascara, I am deeply disappointed with Voluminous Million Lashes. It flakes and is dry. Tried also Telescopic mascara. This is like a throwback from the 60's when mascara went on in clumps and too much product on the wand.
Both products inferior and Lashout was a great product; no lumps, no flakes.
So I'm out about 25.00 and have these two inferior products and know I'm not alone.
So, what happened?
