Groupon Good Returns takes foreve

I purchased Coach sunglasses recently from Groupon and when I received they did not fit properly. So I called up next day to process the return and that same day I sent it via USPS. After a week; when I called them up asking for status on return processing; they ask me for the tracking number. And only if I had the tracking number they would expediate the return processing. THey expect a tracking number but when they send goods; they never provide a tracking number to customers. Also; their returns are handled by Genco Marketplace and there is no way to contact this third party. This is like viscous circle.
