Groupon - where is my package?

I have used Groupon for a couple of transactions that you print out the vouchers yourself, and there was nothing wrong with them. Until my recent experience with a purchase of goods, I know I will never use Groupon again. I purchased something that cost $75 with shipping at beginning of this month, and it says the shipping is within 7 to 14 days. Until today, almost at the end of the month, I still have not received my order. Groupon provided shipment tracking okay, but that option doesn%u2019t work, keep saying %u201Csorry, it%u2019s not available now%u201D. I sent them two emails but no reply or whatsoever. I just called now, and the phone was ringing for minutes but no answers. I have never experienced such terrible online purchase or poor customer services. I wish I have read some of its reviews before I made this transaction. The money had been taken from my credit card long ago and I want to know where is my package???
