Groupon goods never received - cubic zerconica pair of earrings

I have ordered a pair of earrings which i never received and on the top of that their customer service is pathetic. I had called around 5 times asking tracking no or to cancel my order and they say we are looking into the matter, we will call u or mail u back and they never did. U will receive the goods in a day or two. And rediculously its been 20 day now. I am very dissapointed with their service and ofcourse with no response from their side is annoying. I guess this is how groupon deals in market: (. I guess my money is gone: (i got cheated. I would never recommend it to anyone
