Scam

I placed an order for about $70 for a set of hot stones in October. Once they took my money, that was the last I have heard of them... They never sent the stones, never sent a refund or answered my emails. I think they run an organized scam business, as online many people posted about similar experience. I tried to report them to the Better Business (BBB), Paypal, etc., but they never sent a reply to them either. Thanks.
