This is now really getting to me. How come you have such good reviews through amazon and not your own website. Who would do this to their company??? I would like some response to bec. Jim. Zac@hotmail.co.uk This matter is going to go further if not attended to in the next 24hrs. I have a running business too you are costing me money not having my hot stones and not delivering them. Is it i live in Aussie so??? Well have many of contacts in Texas who would be able to come to you if their is a problem with my order. PLease respond to this issue
