Rip Off

I purchased some hot stones through the runrocks web site back in Sept. After many emails only one response which was i will look into it. Well after reading reviews this seems to be a common thing. This web site should not be up & running if there has been so many ripped off. I will be contacting google, consumer affairs, solicitor, paypal and many more. They have played with the wrong person. This shouldn't be allowed. Beware of rubrocks...
