Order not recieved

I placed an order thru Rubrocks website on May 3 and I have not received my order yet. I order items from the company a week prior using Amazon and received that order promptly. So I thought it would be okay to order directly from Rubrocks website inspite of some of the negative reviews, but as some of the complaints stated, it been weeks and I have not received my order.
