Hi. I purchased the L'Oreal voluminous collagen mascara and it is EXTREMELY clumpy. There is no piece in the mascara stick to take off the mascara off the brush. I spent over 12$ for this mascara and now I'm stuck with a mascara that is extremely clumpy. I put it on my lashes and it just gets everywhere since the mascara tube doesn't remove any of the mascara off the brush; it's as if I just dipped my brush in a bucket of paint. I am not happy with this product at all. I can't even get my money back since I don't have a receipt for it.
