Bad diamonds

I got my diamond wedding band directly into Helzberg having a loose stone. They delivered it down to 1 of the dealers to become set. While it returned for their shop the stone had a dark area inside it. I introduced it for their interest plus they wouldn't do something about this. They stood behind their dealers they outsource to. I'd haven't purchased this band if it'd had this dark area inside it. I'm really dissatisfied with Helzberg, I'd often believed these were a reliable jeweler. I'd never suggest Helzberg to anybody.
