Poor (or NO) Customer Service

My partner bought a stone wedding group from Helzberg Diamonds while he was on the company journey in Nj (Woodbridge). He was informed from the sales agents the band might be resized to any dimension, as he was uncertain of my National band size (we reside in Europe). This misinformation persuaded him to-go forward and get the band. As it happens the band was so large, it might not be resized with a master jeweler within Philippines where we stay. We were informed the diamonds could possibly drop out due to the excellent size variation. And so I named the store-manager and described the problem to her. I informed her I'd deliver the band to her via email which I'd contact her to go over next actions, possibly have it resized or obtain a new band within the correct dimension. Following the preliminary discussion together with her, I attempted to contact her at least 6 occasions, and every time she was somehow unavailable or having a client. Lastly, I acquired so disappointed, I chose to merely obtain a reimbursement for that band. I delivered it to her and delivered a fax informing her to return my income. It was all completed nicely inside the 60-day money-back plan recommended by Helzberg. Because it ended up Cathy Larson, the store-manager, declined my bundle, complete well understanding what it had been and what I needed, and also the band returned in my experience within Philippines, obviously without any communication why. This is actually the many unprofessional conduct I've actually observed in a vendor, everywhere, any moment. I'm shocked by this uncalled-for, premature, passive aggressive work. I'm basically speechless. Please don't every purchase anything from helzberg actually. You'll have only issues and unprofessional conduct from their website. Save the trouble. Move elsewhere.
