I had the unfortunate opportunity ordering from this company. 1. Very sedum is the phone answered 2. Was informed that they do not have a supervisor if you wanted to escalate your problem... Very rude customer service reps... I purchased an item, and accidentally placed the state where the city should be. Needless to say, after 5 weeks I was not informed that the package had returned... When I finally called they informed me in a very rude way that i would have to pay shipping again... Of course i said no, to which the rep responded... You have a choice of either paying shipping again or canceling order losing the initial shipping fee so in essence
, screw me...
