Complete rip off don't purchase acer

I first purchased my product from an online website. Upon receiving my monitor I found a stuck pixel in the center of my screen. Well this was much to my dismay so I called their customer service they informed me that being in the middle of the screen it was part of their pixel repair policy and they would have it repaired, I just had to pay shipping to send it to their repair facility and they would pay for return shipping. Well not idea but I agreed seeing as I wanted my monitor fixed. So I sent it in and it was sent back to me so rapidly I was quite happily surprised until I received it with the same problem it had before.

So I called their customer service to complain at this telling them I didn't want to pay for the shipping cost like I had before (monitors being so sensitive it cost me $65 to ship it, well more than I spent on it initially), but they told me they never cover shipping cost and I would have to pay for shipping to their service center for them to look at it again. They told me that there was no problem found with the unit so it was shipped back. Well being that I'm staring at the green pixel in the middle of my screen right now, it's obviously still there. So I told them you didn't fix it the first time, and was informed that it wasn't their problem. So my repose was: "I can send it in to you guys 10 times paying shipping each time to get it fixed and you won't bat an eye?" and responded with a simple: "Yes".

This complete lack of customer service and not even being able to service their own products shows this company is nothing more than a complete. Rip Off!
