Ordering product vs coupons

Let me start off by saying I have been a customer for years. The restaurant coupons are just great and I have never had a bad experience...
But for Valentine's Day, I decided to get a pair of earrings for my wife. I ordered them the 1st of Feb with their lovely V Day ad.
No notice of the 7-10 day it would take before IT SHIPPED. There is no shipping info, nor notice sent when it was shipped. A very bad set up, which I would advise no-one to use when you have a time schedule for expected delivery.
All I get is a form letter from customer service stating they are overwhelmed, and the IT is doing their best. (And I will be fed soon?) Sorry I do not eat earrings
Now its past 10 days and they will not answer my e-mails. Tomorrow my action is to cancel with AMX the payment. And register a complaint. Believe me AMX is faster and more powerful than the courts. If a company is blacklisted on AMX they are pretty much out of business. I sure hate to do this with a company which I believe is trying their best, but not satisfying the customer with greedy expansion. (The same mistake as AOL)
Well, that is my unbiased experience. I am a business professor at a University.
