Hair straighteners

I ordered hair straighteners through the groupon website with OSpa, on 1 July, which have still not been delivered. Direct emails to OSpa are answered in a automated email, which states that the straighteners are being sent out on 15 August. As it is now the end of September, this is ridiculous!
