No Response Regarding Severeal requests. - groupon for the secret hair code

I have contacted Groupon 5 times refarding getting a refund for a groupon which i later found out had realy bad reviews. My first receipt number was 216836 they responsded to this advising someone would be in contact within 10 days and that was 25days ago, even with several more attempts and two failed calls where i was holding for long time then cut off im not happy.
