Five Refund Requests Unanswered for a Poorly Reviewed Hair Deal

I have contacted Groupon 5 times regarding getting a refund for a Groupon which I later found out had really bad reviews. My first receipt number was 216836 they responded to this advising someone would be in contact within 10 days and that was 25days ago, even with several more attempts and two failed calls where I was holding for long time then cut off I'm not happy.
