Groupon
OSpa - Do not use

I purchased a coupon from Groupon for OSpa. For the last 3 months i have tried contacting OSpa by phone (there are only voicemails in place) and by email (where you may receive one email but then there is absolutely no response). I dont quite know how to ask for a refund of my money. With the level of customer service, i have very little faith in the real service in the SPA.
