Groupon Whitening Experts complaints review

I purchased 2 whitening kits vouchers with Groupon in November, I followed the instructions and ordered my 2 Whitening kits through Whitening Experts on the day the vouchers were released. It advised me that it would take up to 10 working days on the delivery I selected. After 10 days and no kits delivered I emailed whitening experts direct, and received a very prompt response advising due to the adverse weather conditions deliveries were taking longer and I would be advised as to when the products were despatched. Fair enough I thought.
Time went on and still no kits sent. So in January I contacted both groupon and Whitening experts asking about this, to date I am still waiting for a reply. I have tried the phone numbers for Whitening experts, automated response and Groupon, again automated message. I am now starting to wonder if this is a con and if I am ever going to resolve it. The money was taken very promptly from my account in November but the reply from both Groupon and Whitening Experts is now not so prompt!!!
