Horrible service

I got a set of completely new hanging, stone and gem, white-gold earrings to Kay Jeweler to become established on easy cables so they might suspend only a little lower. I bought them especially for my wedding. I had been happy the cost to alter the article to some cable was very sensible.

I had been informed that it'd be about five times which I'd get a mobile call once they returned towards the shop in the jeweler. Many times approved, and that I noticed nothing and so I chose to contact them to obtain the position. They stated the earrings had return. 24 hours later, I quit in to the shop to choose them up. These were established on handle backs and also the pearls were lined in stick. It seemed as if these were destroyed. Our heart quit since I understood they mightnot be changed plus they were to become combined having a comparable ring for my wedding.

They explained they might deliver them back for cleansing and also to hook them up to the cables that I'd requested for.
