Destroyed my italian ring! Stone was reset so crooked and gluedto death with elmers glue covering the ornate colors in the stone and also dripping down the gold ring dried. Will not fix it nor give money back. Brought to another jeweler to fix joel b sherburnes crap job and he said he won't even touch the ring as the idiot glued the crap out of it.

Learned that joel b sherburne jewelers hires high school kids to fix customers jewelry and new stone and diamond ring settings. I learned that joel b sherburne and dorothy sherburne are both sick and can't do jewelry work anymore, the toll of this has left them with little money to afford to pay a licensed jeweler so they hire high school kids on the work release to do all the jewelry repairs and brand new diamond ring and stone settings.

Protect your jewelry from this crappy place. Plus when you walk in it smells like bo!
