Been more than a month, problems still NOT SOLVED

I made an order early July and the website had errors, so I tried the transaction again several times until it finally worked. However, I found out that I was erroneously charged for 2 orders (and received 2 packages).

I sent the additional package back (mind you I sent EVERY single item back, include the 4 samples that were given to me by mistake) to Ulta around early August (i have proof of receipt but no tracking #).

I have been trying to get ahold of Ulta both thru the website emailS and by phone. Nobody is replying me thru email and people on the phone keep telling me to wait for a few more days and call back. I've called 2-3 times already but I am still waiting for a resolution on this matter. I don't understand why it is taking such a long time for this to be solved. I just want my money back and to be reimbursed for the $10.70 shipping.

I thought Ulta was a reputable company with great customer service but I have to say I am a little disappointed with how hard it is to get ahold of customer service and to get this issue solved quickly. I am not an unreasonable customer and I have given Ulta more than enough time but I still do not have a resolution. I have stopped ordering from Ulta until this issue is solved, which is a pity because I'm taking my money to other shops when Ulta could have been making more money from me.
