Ulta
So dissapointed by Ulta)':

I usually use sephora's when ordering make up products online, but I recently got an Ulta 's gift card and decided to try it out and order some Porefessional primer from Benefit using the Ulta website. On Ulta's website, the shipping is $5.95 (same as Sephora's) however, it takes 2-8 business days to arrive, while Sephora's is only 2-5 for the exact same price. It's been a week (!!!) and still no product. I live in the Houston, not internationally, so I don't understand how it could take over 7 days to recieve my order. I generally have very good experiences in-store at Ulta and I realllllly do love the store, just not their shipping. I really hope that they'll do something about this, but until then I guess I'll just have to stick with Sephora's)
