Ulta has super BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! - Ulta baked eyeshadow

Apparently ulta doesn't care about all the consumer complaints since there ALOT. The Coeurdalene idaho store opening was exciting until I made a purchase. I have been there three more times just to be fair. Each time was unbelievably bad service and I will never shop there again!!! Too bad because I really like some of their products. Even the managers don"t care!!
