Groupnon.com Massage review

I bought a discount 1 hour massage in Oxford and have tried for 6 weeks to make a booking but every time they told me that the system was down or the person who knows how to use the system wasn't there. I finally told them today that I was on my way over to discuss it with the manager and by some miracle the system kicked back in and I got an appointment. Groupon is a really nice idea but I just don't think it works.
