Horrible experience with Groupon and Lisse Laser and Aesthetics

I purchased a massage through Groupon for this establishement. After calling to schedule my mediacally necessary massage i was told they would not honor it unless i paid more money. I did read all fine print (that i was suggested that i did not from the Groupon rep) i was called a cheap skate, and other choice words from the facility. Even though it was there Groupon, i was in the contrstraints of their "fine print". My recomendation for this company would be to liquidate what they have, save themselves some heartach as another failing business. Im sure there recent massage grads from the many two week programs in utah can get a job on a cruise ship, or a spa in an exotic locaton like promised by the misleading massage school commercials. Bottom line save your money with groupon, and go to a nice part of town where your business is appreciated, it is worth spending more cash to not be treated like a second clase citizen.By the way. I am a customer who spends around 200 bucks a week on massage for medical reasons. So great job on capturing life long clientl... Buy some customer service books, or maybe operating a business for dummies. It takes more than a cheap prefab sign, in a crapy locaton in town to set up a reputable business. Rest assured i will go out of my way to discredit your services any chance i get, through professional organizations, social groups, and of course my medical support group, who could have turned into a gold mine for your establishment... Truely a great example of not only a poorly run business but terrible customer service, and insensitive staff in an already sensitive field... Total fail
