Merchants Offering Vouchers Cannot Follow Through on Bookings

The companies that are using Groupon have no idea what they are doing. They sell vouchers and make offers that they can not follow through. I bought a voucher for a local restaurant and when we tried to book a table we were just fobbed off, we either rang at the wrong time and "the person who deals with Groupon" was off that day or they only take Groupon booking between 10am & 4pm.
