Harmony massage voucher not honoured, refund not received

In May I purchased a voucher for Harmony massage in Heanor, Derbyshire. In October I was told that they were not honouring any more vouchers. I contacted Groupon and was told it would be sort out a refund asap. I have chased this up with numerous e-mails, and I am not now not getting a reply. I would phone them but they do not appear to have a phone numbe
